Course Information
The full Award In Assessing requires completion of Module 1 and 3 or 1 and 2 and the Certificate in Assessing which requires completion of Modules 1, 2 & 3.
Unit 1 - D/601/5313 Understanding the principles and practices of assessment
- Credit Value 3
- Theory based module completed online through our Virtual Learning Environment
Unit 2 - H/601/5314 Assess occupational competence in the work environment
- Credit Value 6
- Candidates choosing this course must have a minimum of 2 learners within their workplace who they can assess for competency
Unit 3 - F/601/5319 Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding
- Credit Value 6
- Candidates completing this module must have 2 suitable learners undertaking a vocationally related course.
